    So Barbara if you have never met the key contact and have all of this information and it was a lead, how would you go about getting that first contact with that client if was a first time call over the phone? does the gatekeeper know you at this point or not?

    Thanks for commenting. At this point, the gatekeeper wouldn’t know me. I would use my social media network (starting with LinkedIn) and other networks to find an introduction to one of the people that I want to meet. I would not be making a cold call.
