Happy to report that I’ve been invited to be a regular contributor to Sales POP! the online magazine published by Pipeliner CRM. My first piece is what they call an “Off the Cuff” instant interview on the question of how a salesperson can become a trusted advisor to a clients.
I had a ready answer because The Whale Hunters have practiced our Cycle of Trust for years. Here’s a follow-up blog post for when you feel trust slipping away during a long-standing relationship with a customer.
I’m also happy to recommend that when you check out my new post on the Sales POP! site that you subscribe to their weekly content summary. They’re doing a fine job on content from a wide variety of interesting and knowledgeable people. You’re sure to find something of interest and learn something new in every issue. I like that they’ve separated their professional service mission from their sales mission in this way. We all know that Pipeliner is a CRM vendor. But they added two more platforms to the product, one of which is SalesPOP!, described as follows on the website:
” a digital content platform that delivers the best in sales and sales-related content and thought leadership to readers across the globe. Its unrivalled and growing network of contributors brings different, unique perspectives and insights on today’s sales & business issues. By leveraging multiple content formats from written, graphical, video & audio, Sales POP! appeals to the widest audience possible.” Read More.
I for one applaud the practice, and I am proud to have become a contributor. Please check it out and let me know what you think!
