The Whale Hunters Assessment Tools
We provide two levels of assessment for your company.
Level One is The Whale Hunters Process Assessment™. This is a detailed assessment of how your business development process matches up with the nine-phase Whale Hunters process. This assessment is completed onsite or virtually and results in detailed report of where you should spend your next business development resources.
Level Two is The Whale Hunters Business Development Index™. It is a series of 20 questions to assess how your team feels about your current state of business development. Each question is keyed to specific Whale Hunters practices, so you’ll know where to focus on improvements. Everyone in your company should take this assessment and repeat it on a 6-month or annual basis. It will help you measure progress that is qualitative rather than quantitative.
