We had a great interview this week with Chris Baggott, co-founder and CEO of Compendium and co-founder of ExactTarget, both internet marketing companies. We talked about strategies to grow a start up company and Chris’s ideas about “discoverability” as the key to growth.The best part for me was his discussion about the difference between relating to existing customers and attracting new customers. The interview was full of wonderful, practical examples of how to use your outbound email to ask for customer stories and how to use those stories in your blog to attract new customers.
